on The Frank Report Tuesday, September 25th on the Afternoon Show.

Thursday, 9/13/07 The Frank Report:  Charlie Steward  
Charlie built a 5,000 sq. ft. home for $60,000 without borrowing any money.

Charlie was on The Frank Report on 9/13/07,Thursday afternoon
& Thursday evening with Frank & his Co-host, Mike in Tennessee,
 who invited Charlie on  the show.  The evening show lasted 2 hours.  

Charlie built a 5,000 sq. ft. home for $60,000 without borrowing any money.

  He had never even wired a light switch and he had only changed the oil once in his car at 16 years old.  He had no experience, only the desire.  He and his wife had a dream of building their own home, made up their mind that they could do it, and they did!   They also make their own power, and spent only about $7,500 for alternative power materials such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and a diesel generator. This and other topics will be discussed today.  He will answer questions by e-mail and he and his wife welcome people to come their home in Missouri. 

This 5,000 square foot house is not connected to the electric company.
There are no utility bills - no electric bill - no water bill - OFF THE GRID.

The family that lives here has all major appliances plus computers, tvs, and printers.  PLUS the heating bill for this house was only $5 last winter!!!

You never know when Drew Raines, that's "Drew Malone Raines, III", will join Frank, and many times Drew, Al, or Mike will be on.  Frank also has other special guests on his show, and Dean and Mike also schedule guests to be on Frank's show when they co - host.
